A video of about one minute with music, which starts muted. A customer asks Camille for a business dinner look. Camille picks the pieces from the catalog, shows them on her with virtual try-on and she adds them to her cart. Then come requests for a town hall wedding, a black tie gala and an open-air concert.

Meet Camille
The newest member of your team
Hi, I’m Camille. I work in your online store. I welcome your customers, listen to what they’re looking for and advise them as I would in a boutique, with the pieces you actually have in your catalog.
I know every item, how it fits and what it goes with. And when a customer wants to see the look on themselves, I let them try it on.
Camille
What she does
Any request, in any store
Customers write to her as they would talk to a sales assistant. Camille understands occasion, budget, coloring and body shape, picks the pieces from the store’s catalog and shows them on the customer. From a bridal look to a pilates outfit.
Customer, about 35I’m getting married at the town hall in September and I don’t want a classic wedding dress.
Their photo
Palazzo trousers and a draped ivory silk top, with a short veil. The wide leg lengthens your figure and the warm ivory brings out your skin tone.
Customer, about 40I have a black tie gala on Saturday and I’ve never worn a tuxedo.
Their photo
A midnight blue tuxedo with satin lapels, white shirt and black bow tie. It’s softer than black and the structured jacket follows your broad shoulders.
Customer, about 25I’m going to an open-air concert on Friday. I want a look that’s on trend but comfortable.
Their photo
Sand cargo pants, a cropped ribbed top, an oversized denim jacket and chunky sneakers. It’s the mix of the season, comfortable for hours on your feet, and the jacket keeps you warm when the sun goes down.
Customer, about 60My son is getting married in June, in a garden. I’d like to look elegant without looking stiff.
Their photo
A powder blue midi dress with a light duster. The cool blue lights up your silver hair and the block heel sandal is comfortable on the lawn.
Customer, about 40I have a business dinner at an upscale restaurant on Thursday. My budget is $300.
Their photo
A bottle green wrap dress and black pumps, $285 in total. It defines the waist, the V-neck lengthens and the deep green flatters your coloring.
Customer, about 60I’ve started power walking and pilates. I’m looking for something comfortable that doesn’t look like gym wear.
Their photo
High-waisted midnight blue leggings and a soft pearl grey sweatshirt. They support without squeezing and cool tones are the ones that suit you best.
How she does it
She sees pieces and people with a personal shopper’s eye
The right answers come from what Camille sees. She studies every piece in your catalog and every customer who shows her a photo, just as a personal shopper would in a boutique.

2She looks at each customer’s coloring and figure
When a customer shows her a photo, Camille does the same work on them, noting age, coloring and body shape. Then she picks the pieces from your catalog that flatter them.

Virtual try-on
Much more than a virtual try-on
On its own, a virtual try-on is a fitting room with no sales assistant, where customers pick a piece and figure it out alone. With Camille, the try-on comes at the end of a personal consultation. First she listens to the customer and understands occasion, coloring and figure. Then she suggests the look and shows it on them, in their own photo.
The “Try with Camille” button also appears on product pages and starts from the piece the customer is looking at.
They say what they’re looking forOccasion, taste and budget, just like in a boutique.
They get a look made for themPieces from your catalog chosen for their coloring and figure.
They try it onIn their own photo, before adding it to the cart.
Try with Camille
Put her to the test
Ask her your customers’ toughest questions
Visit the demo store and ask Camille for a country wedding look, an office outfit under $200 or what to wear with a specific piece. Then judge for yourself.
The app dashboard shows you everything that happens with Camille. You’ll find the conversations, the outfits customers tried on and how much she’s used each day. It’s like hearing what people say on the shop floor, even when the shop is online.
Every conversation, there to reread
For each chat you see when it happened, in which language and how many messages it has, and you can open it to read it all. Find out which occasions your customers shop for, what budgets they have and which pieces they look for.

Yes. You get 300 free credits on install and Camille stays in preview. Only you can try her on your catalog, before showing her to customers. You can also see her at work in the demo store.
How much does it cost?
There’s no monthly fee. After the 300 free credits, you buy a one-time pack when you need it (500 credits for $19, 1,500 for $49 or 3,500 for $99), paid through Shopify billing.
Can Camille see my customers’ data?
No. Camille only reads the products in your catalog, meaning names, descriptions, photos and prices. She has no access to your customers’ names, emails, addresses, orders or payment details, which stay in Shopify. What is virtual try-on?
